Every work Christmas party booking includes full PA and lighting production, scaled to your venue and guest numbers — whether that’s a hired function room, your own office, or a hotel ballroom — so there’s no separate AV hire to coordinate.
Background music through to full performance
We can shift between low-key background music during dinner and speeches, then move into a full high-energy performance once the formalities wrap up — all within the one booking.
Sound and lighting production
We can bring our own PA system and stage lighting to any work Christmas event, scaled to your venue size. For larger functions or all-staff events, we can also arrange additional production on request.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book our work Christmas party band?
December is our busiest month, so we’d recommend confirming your date by September. Popular Friday and Thursday nights in early-to-mid December are usually the first to book out.
Can you fit around our speeches, awards and formal program?
Yes. Send us your run sheet and we’ll structure the set around it — staying low-key through the formal part of the night and lifting the energy once the mic gets handed back.
Do you provide sound and lighting, or do we need to hire that separately?
Full PA and stage lighting is included in every work Christmas party booking, scaled to your venue and guest numbers, so there’s nothing extra to organise.
We’re a small team — do we need a full band?
Not at all. We offer flexible band sizing, from a full lineup for a large company-wide event down to a smaller setup for a more contained team function, so you’re only paying for the production your event needs.
Do you take song requests for our team?
Definitely. Send us a few must-plays — a team favourite, a running office joke, whatever it is — and we’ll work them naturally into the set.
